This policy applies to SuiteVero’s Google AI Pro 18-month activation offer purchased through a SuiteVero order summary and PayPal Business checkout.
Before delivery
You may request a full refund after payment and before activation instructions or the activation link have been sent.
If activation cannot be completed
If we confirmed your disclosed account details as eligible but cannot complete activation, you may choose a replacement attempt or a full refund.
We do not treat an activation as complete until the entitlement is visible on the account and you confirm it.
After successful activation
Because this is a digitally delivered product, change-of-mind refunds are not available after successful activation is visible on the account.
If the entitlement ends before the advertised 18-month term for a reason attributable to the supplied activation, contact us within seven days of noticing it. After verification, we will provide a replacement or a pro-rated refund for the unused full months.
Cases outside the remedy
A refund or replacement is not available when the issue results from inaccurate eligibility information, transfer or resale of the link, account suspension, organization controls, changes made by the account owner, or a breach of the product provider’s account requirements.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. PayPal or the card issuer controls the final processing time; most refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
